Our stylish Corporate Office in Munich bundles all construction, design, administrative and marketing functions as well as many front office activities outsourced from the hotel.
The Groups’ central maintenance department within the Technical Services Department looks after the technical building equipment of the hotels and workspaces and is responsible for their maintenance as well as all technical and safety-related processes.

Trust us, you won't get bored, as you:
- support a fast-growing hotel group in maintaining the technical quality of the hotels and workspaces
- work on the further development of standards and processes in technical property management
- assist operational property management by organising, coordinating and documenting maintenance and servicing measures
- develope and maintain a comprehensive emergency manual for building operations, which contains guidelines and procedures in the event of an emergency
- write technical manuals for our in-house technicians and hotels for maintenance systems and emergency plans
- take care of the digitalisation and systematic filing as well as the creation and maintenance of technical documentation (e.g. maintenance logs, operating instructions and checklists)
We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:
- studying facility management, technical property management or business administration
- a good understanding of technical building equipment and basic business management skills
- ideally already heard of VOB/B and HOAI
- always up-to-date with the latest innovative trends in data collection and develop digital and value-adding solutions
- enjoying organising and creating structures
- feeling confident in using the common MS Office programmes
- an excellent command of written and spoken German and English
