Trust us, you won't get bored, as you: 

  • lead and coach the service team
  • take all-around care of our guests and work active in service
  • are responsible for assurance and monitoring of the determined service quality, hygiene and health & safety standards
  • support the hotel manager with daily occurring administrative tasks
  • act as an ambassador of the Ruby philosophy both internally and externally
  • cooperate and coordinate closely with our corporate office in Munich as well as with the event and sales teams
  • are responsible for monitoring and adherence to the fixed budget
  • look after the warehouse management, stocktaking and preparation of orders

We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:

  • have professional training in Hospitality Management or similar
  • gained several years of experiences in a similar position in the individual or private hotel sector with a lifestyle character as well as first management experiences
  • have a strong hands-on mentality and high personal commitment and intrinsic motivation
  • are dependable and very good organizational skills
  • are composure, meaning the ability to remain composed in stressful situation and to convey this to the team
  • are both a team leader and a team player with high social competence
  • have a business fluent command of German and English
