Our stylish Corporate Office in Munich bundles all construction, design, administrative and marketing functions as well as many front office activities outsourced from the hotel.

Trust us, you won't get bored, as you:
- take charge of building and maintaining a Compliance and Risk Management System (CMS) and develop preventive measures to minimize risks
- identify and assess compliance risks across different business areas (e.g., data protection, working conditions, contract law)
- create and implement practical codes of conduct that reflect our values and ensure compliance with legal requirements like GDPR, labor law, and tax regulations
- organize and conduct compliance and risk trainings for team members and leads, fostering a strong and lasting awareness
- regularly review and audit our processes, sharing valuable updates directly with management and key stakeholders
- act as the go-to person for compliance topics – for both team members and external partners – and coordinate with regulatory authorities and auditors
- carry out internal investigations if compliance breaches are suspected, and lead corrective actions and measures as needed
We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:
- a degree in law, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- 3–5 years of experience in a compliance, legal, or audit function – ideally in hospitality or a similar industry
- deep knowledge of labor law, data protection (GDPR), corporate law, and industry-specific regulations.
- a track record of developing compliance guidelines and managing risks
- known for your analytical approach, structured work style, and knack for finding solutions.
- recognized for your integrity, reliability, and discretion, with a talent for clear and persuasive communication
- fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
