Our stylish Corporate Office in Munich bundles all construction, design, administrative and marketing functions as well as many front office activities outsourced from the hotel.

The Groups’ central maintenance department within the Technical Services Department looks after the technical building equipment of the hotels and workspaces and is responsible for their maintenance as well as all technical and safety-related processes.

Trust us, you won't get bored, as you: 

  • are responsible for the development and expansion of the department as well as the quality assurance and standardisation of all technical and safety-relevant processes
  • will be responsible for some of our hotels in the DACH region
  • support our Technical Property Manager in maintaining our hotels at a high level of quality
  • check and optimise the operational and building services workflows
  • supervise the technical building services of the hotel and workspace locations, take care of their maintenance optimisation and plan repair work if necessary
  • are the contact person for our hotel technicians, instruct and provide training
  • ensure that maintenance measures, repairs and new installations are carried out economically, on time and to the required quality standards
  • monitor compliance with the relevant laws, ordinances, regulations and inspection deadlines as well as occupational health and safety
  • support the implementation of energy optimisation measures
  • assist in the preparation of service contracts, checks contract conditions, obtains quotations and handles claims with insurance companies

We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:

  • successfully completed training in the field of technical building services
  • already several years of professional and management experience in a similar field, perhaps even abroad
  • keen to travel to our destinations
  • a good knowledge of technical building services and I&C technology
  • a professional demeanour and loyalty and integrity are a matter of course for you
  • Solve problems independently and creatively, taking business aspects into account
  • very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and like to keep track of things thanks to your structured way of working and organisational skills
  • excellent written and spoken German and English skills
