- lead and develop standardized training programs for all our hotels – whether it's breakfast, snacks, or food offerings for events
- shape our "Lean Luxury" food offering with creative recipes and optimize snacks, event, and breakfast menus with a focus on seasonal highlights and sustainability
- scout the latest trends at trade fairs and industry events and provide Ruby with the coolest ideas
- develop a smart sustainability strategy to shape the future of our food supply
- elevate our quality standards: Through regular deep dives and site visits, you ensure that our food offer remains top-notch
- act as the interface to the best food suppliers and partners, lead price negotiations, organize new suppliers for openings, and efficiently manage supply chain issues
- digitize and optimize our kitchen processes by revising menu calculations, implementing digital recipe and HACCP management systems, and keeping cost control in sight
We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:
- a degree or completed training in Hotel Management, Tourism, or Business Administration
- able to look back on 5 great years in the Food & Beverage sector, ideally in central or group-wide management functions, and bring at least 3 years of leadership experience
- expert knowledge in kitchen operations and food management as well as project and knowledge management
- a strong communicator, enjoy approaching people and have a passion for sharing your knowledge
- a team player, a positivity ambassador, and count dedication and self-motivation among your strengths
- solid expertise in business management, procurement, and cost controlling, as well as strong proficiency in MS Office
- an excellent command of written and spoken English and a very good command of German
