Our stylish Corporate Office in Munich bundles all construction, design, administrative and marketing functions as well as many front office activities outsourced from the hotel. The Group's central Finance & Controlling department is responsible for the Group's accounting, invoicing and payments as well as monthly and annual financial statements.

Trust us, you won't get bored, as you:
- are an important part of an exciting and versatile team
- lead the administrative support for up to three hotels in the group and be the contact person for the respective hotel managers
- manage coordination with our external service providers (e.g. accounting, tax IT system providers)
- are responsible for accounting tasks (preparatory including all cash registers and other information systems and follow-up including supporting account reconciliations)
- manage accounting (accounts receivable and accounts payable) and payments for your units
- provide significant support with planning tasks (budget and forecast), including liquidity
- prepare the reporting in your area of responsibility for management and our investors
- take responsibility in the further development of commercial structures, processes and systems as a project manager, coordinating internal and external parties involved
We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:
- successfully completed hotel-specific training and/or have a degree in the commercial sector
- several years of professional experience in the hotel industry and in the field of finance / controlling / accounting
- sound knowledge of internal accounting as well as good knowledge of financial accounting, balance sheet accounting, controlling and inventory management
- entrepreneurial thinking and behavior as well as a very strong analytical, commercial and quantitative understanding among your strengths
- work conscientiously, independently and with the right level of detail orientation
- a high level of loyalty and confidentiality
- good knowledge of accounting systems and very good Excel skills and are comfortable working digitally
- business fluent in German and English
