Our stylish Corporate Office in Munich bundles all construction, design, administrative and marketing functions as well as many front office activities outsourced from the hotel. The Group's central Finance & Controlling department is responsible for the Group's accounting, invoicing and payments as well as monthly and annual financial statements.

Trust us, you won't get bored, as you: 

  • are an important part of an exciting and versatile team
  • lead the administrative tasks for up to three hotels in the group and are the contact person for the respective hotel managers
  • participate in coordination with our external service providers (e.g. accounting, system providers)
  • work independently on accounting tasks (including all cash registers and other primary information systems and supporting account reconciliations)
  • take care of invoice management (debtors and creditors) and payment runs for your units
  • assists with planning tasks (budget and forecast), including liquidity
  • work on the preparation of reporting for management and our investors
  • support the management and further development of commercial structures, processes and systems

We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:

  • successfully completed a hotel-specific apprenticeship and/or have a degree in the commercial sector
  • gained professional experience in the hotel industry and in the field of finance / controlling / accounting
  • good knowledge of internal accounting as well as basic knowledge of financial accounting, balance sheet accounting, controlling and inventory management
  • a strong entrepreneurial thinking and behavior as well as a strong analytical, commercial and quantitative understanding
  • the right level of detail orientation and work conscientiously and independently
  • a high level of loyalty and confidentiality
  • knowledge of accounting systems, good Excel skills and are comfortable working digitally
  • fluent in German and have a good knowledge of the English language
