Our stylish Corporate Office in Munich bundles all construction, design, administrative and marketing functions as well as many front office activities outsourced from the hotel. The central Systems department sees itself as an internal service provider for the Ruby Group and works with the specialist departments to determine the optimum solution for software project launches.

Trust us, you won't get bored, as you: 

  • are an expert on the needs of our users and find the best solutions for them while balancing our business interests
  • develope and implement product strategies and roadmaps for digital products around the digital guest journey of our hotel customers from booking to check-in to membership
  • create and prioritise user stories and are responsible for continuously improving the corresponding products in line with KPIs
  • support our departments in developing and implementing a strategic understanding of their system landscapes through end-to-end IT project management
  • work with external development teams and our internal UX/UI specialist to ensure that the products meet
  • user requirements and are user-friendly
  • track our KPIs and analyse the data to enable continuous improvement and innovation
  • organise and conduct user and stakeholder interviews to gather feedback and adjust the product strategy accordingly

We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:

  • a degree in business administration, innovation/communication management, business informatics, IT or similar
  • at least two years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally at a software start-up or in another agile working environment
  • already gained experience in project management and worked with cross-functional project teams
  • familiar with technical solution design, various diagrams and also like to trace code
  • already gained experience with tools such as Asana, LucidChart, Figma and more
  • a strong interest in innovation and automation and are informed about current technical developments and (future) relevant technologies
  • good organisational skills, a process-oriented thinking and a structured, independent and conceptual way of working
  • highly goal- and result-oriented and have a sense of responsibility
  • strong communication skills, assertiveness and flexibility
  • excellent written and spoken German and English skills
