Trust us, you won't get bored, as you: 

  • are the first point of contact at reception for all tenants and guests of our workspace and take over office tours and inspections
  • ensure the smooth running of all operational and administrative tasks, act as host and take calls and are responsible for the distribution and dispatch of mail
  • take care of ordering measures including invoice control and stocktaking
  • ensure cleanliness and order in the entire workspace, organise the public areas, take on regular cleaning tasks and regularly stock our coffee kitchen and vending machine
  • are responsible for the onboarding of new tenants including the organisation of parking tickets and key cards
  • prepare and follow-up on conferences and events as well as their support
  • organise and run our regular community events independently and act as brand ambassador 
  • work closely with the sales department and support them, for example, in networking, maintaining files or preparing offer and contract documents
  • are the contact person for all internal departments, the property management and to our external service companies (i.e. cleaning services, technical or construction issues such as maintenance and installations)

We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:

  • already gained some experience in the hotel industry/gastronomy or in the area of office management/coworking - maybe even abroad
  • a pronounced hands-on mentality
  • a positive and warm charisma, a self-confident appearance and an empathetic approach to guests and colleagues
  • recognise needs and can advise our tenants and internal employees in this respect
  • an organisational talent with very good multitasking skills and a good intuition to deal with conflicts and their resolution on a professional level
  • a sustainable way of thinking and help proactively to find more environmentally friendly alternatives, conserve resources and avoid waste
  • work independently and responsibly
  • confident in using the current MS Office programmes and fluent in German and English
