Our Corporate Office on the beautiful island of Malta, bundles together with the teams in Munich, all front office, marketing and revenue activities outsourced from the hotels. The Group's central marketing department is responsible for all tasks in the areas of communication, digital marketing, e-commerce, print and advertising media as well as brand development.

Trust us, you won't get bored, as you:
- create engaging newsletters, creative email automations, as well as SMS and WhatsApp communications aimed at growing the Ruby fanbase
- bring your ideas to the table for the planning and development of CRM/CDP systems
- plan and manage innovative brand and loyalty campaigns in close collaboration with our marketing and revenue teams, thereby strengthening our relationship with guests
- support the development and implementation of a loyalty program to boost customer retention and guest satisfaction, along with a CRM tool for personalized sales
- build an effective lead funnel to increase the number of newsletter subscribers and registered guests
- improve the guest journey, ensuring everyone feels welcome from their very first interaction with Ruby
- perform ongoing web performance analyses to pinpoint areas for improvement and suggest actionable strategies
- identify new trends and opportunities by analyzing guest data and campaign outcomes
- assist in launching new digital initiatives, such as loyalty programs and an exclusive members' area
We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:
- a degree in business administration, marketing/communication, or hotel management
- at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally also in the management and coordination of external service providers — extra points for that ;-)
- a creative mindset and a keen sense of aesthetics, always spotting the latest trends before they go viral
- strong expertise in CRM and digital marketing to effectively enhance and strengthen guest relationships
- extensive experience in newsletter marketing to create appealing content that wows our guests
- a true team player and a positive ambassador, with a strong sense of commitment and self-motivation
- excellent proficiency in various CRM systems, Google Analytics, design tools, and very good MS Office skills
- a perfect command of German and English both spoken and written
