Our Ruby Luna Hotel with its 206 rooms is located in the picturesque Carlstadt district. Built in the 1950s, the building is a towering testimony to the most ambitious of all eras - the departure into space, which is also reflected in the design. Königsallee, Düsseldorf's famous promenade with its shops, cafés and restaurants, is just 200 metres away. The legendary old town with its many cosy pubs and bars and the nightlife around Ratinger Strasse are also within easy walking distance.

Trust us, you won't get bored, as you: 

  • are responsible for all general technical minor repairs, structural repairs and necessary maintenance measures
  • check regularly the technical facilities of the hotel
  • coordinate all external facility management service providers
  • carry out painting and silicone work throughout the hotel
  • work closely with the corporate office in Munich and coordinate with the housekeeping team
  • supervise all regular maintenance and expert inspections of the technical and safety-related equipment in coordination with the Maintenance Manager
  • purchase replacement material in the area of responsibility
  • take care of the outdoor facilities

We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:

  • a training in the field of HVAC and/or electrical and several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • gained experience in leading/coordinating external service providers
  • good general technical knowledge and skills (e.g. painting, electrical, plumbing)
  • a confident, authentic and loyal appearance
  • enjoy dealing with international, demanding guests and have the ability to respond smartly to different guests and wishes
  • speak a good command of English and German
